Receiving hours are between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm From the Mass Pike
- Take Exit 2 toward Lee/Pittsfield/North Adams
- Veer right off of the ramp towards Lee (Park Street)
- At the end of Park Street take a right (Main Street)
- At the end of Main Street veer to the left (Center Street)
- Follow Center Street until it turns into the Lenox Bypass towards US 7 and 20
- Continue to follow US 7 and 20 on the Lenox Bypass. You will go through 3 traffic lights and then the road turns into the Pittsfield-Lenox Road
- Continue to follow US 7 and 20 on the Pittsfield-Lenox Road. You will go through 3 more traffic lights and then the road turns into South Street in Pittsfield
- Continue to follow US 7 and 20 on South Street through 2 traffic lights. At the 3rd light (at the rotary, Park Square) veer to the right (this is East Street)
- Follow East Street through 5 traffic lights
- At the 6th traffic light is a large intersection. Take a right.
- Continue to follow East Street through 2 more traffic lights.
- At the end of East Street you will come to an intersection and a traffic light
- Take a left at the light and follow the road under the overpass
- Just past the overpass is a traffic light and Downing Parkway
- Take a left into the parkway and follow to almost the end
- Sampco is on the right hand side of the road at #56
